Dr. Roxie Mooney, DBA is the CEO and Healthtech Growth Coach at Legacy DNA, a growth firm that helps healthtech startups fast-track to their first million and scale legacies worth billions.  

She is the inventor of the 12-Week Healthtech Startup 1st Million Growth Sprint, an evidence-based method for early-stage companies to go from an idea to their first million in record time. With over two decades of experience in various healthcare sectors, Dr. Roxie is a recognized authority on healthtech commercialization, go-to-market, and growth. She’s helped launch 100+ innovations and has been involved in four successful exits.

As a sought-after speaker, author, and educator, Dr. Roxie has spoken at major industry events like HIMSS, ATA, Plug & Play, HITLab, and the Connected Health Conference, and regularly leads workshops and master classes in collaboration with academic institutions, accelerators, incubators, and associations.

She is the international best-selling author of How Health Innovators Maximize Market Success: Strategies to Launch and Commercialize Healthcare Innovations, the host of the video podcast “Health Innovators,” and the founder of the “Health Innovators” growth community.

She was an Associate Professor of Marketing at the Jack Welch Management Institute and an Adjunct Professor of Gender Leadership and Coaching and Consulting at Palm Beach Atlantic University. 

Dr. Roxie holds a DBA with a Marketing Specialization from Walden University, an MS degree in Organizational Leadership from Palm Beach Atlantic University, and a BA degree in Organizational Communications from Rollins College. She carried out additional post-graduate studies on Disruptive Strategy under Clayton Christensen at Harvard Business School.

Dr. Roxie is also a Board Member of Pneuma Systems Corporation, a company revolutionizing infusion therapy.
